Data security and retention
We make sure that we don’t collect more personal information than we need in order to carry out our activities, and we hold it securely in line with Data Protection law.
Electronic data is held securely in the Cloud. Where, for processing purposes information is held in paper format, it is stored securely in locked filing cabinets and/or offices with access restricted appropriately.
We will keep your personal information for as long as you are a website member of TPSupport.org. When it is time to dispose of your information electronically held records will be securely deleted and any paper copies shredded.
When we use third-party services and cloud services to process personal data, we take due diligence to ensure they are reputable.
TPSupport.org is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to provide our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
