Annual Membership Fees

Fees are based on the number of units managed by the housing provider as follows:

​

Band 1: Up to 1,000 units        £200/yr

Band 2: 1,001-5,000 units        £700/yr

Band 3: 5,001- 10,000 units     £850/yr

Band 4: 10,001+ units              £1,500/yr
